Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Opera One website and complies with European Union consumer protection legislation and applicable UAE consumer protection regulations.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at operaonefzllc@gmail.com before the deadline expires.
2. Returns (UAE & international customers)
Customers in the United Arab Emirates and other markets may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
3. Return conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all labels, manuals and accessories.
- Items must not have been installed or fitted to a vehicle.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
4. Return procedure
- Contact us at operaonefzllc@gmail.com within the return window with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange replacement, repair or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.
7. Incorrect items
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange collection and shipment of the correct item at no additional cost.
8. Non-returnable items
- Items that have been installed, used or modified.
- Custom-ordered or made-to-order parts.
- Consumables and fluids once opened.
- Electrical components once unsealed, where applicable safety standards apply.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under EU consumer law or applicable UAE consumer protection law.
