Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Opera One FZ-LLC ("Opera One", "we") delivers orders to customers within the European Union, the United Kingdom, EFTA countries and the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order on our website you accept the terms set out below.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery times
- European Union & EFTA: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days from dispatch.
- United Arab Emirates: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
- Other international destinations: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays or events beyond our control.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and dimensions. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply and are displayed during the order process.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries within the EU, prices include applicable VAT. For deliveries to the UAE and other non-EU destinations, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. We declare all shipments accurately as required by international shipping regulations.
5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You may also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.
6. Delivery issues
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at operaonefzllc@gmail.com. We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement, reshipment or refund where applicable.
7. Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Re-delivery charges resulting from incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
